Ground Cherry Reflections by Maggie Terlecki
Ground Cherries probably got their name because of their size, which is close to that of a big plump cherry, but the taste is more like a sweet tomato. I would probably choose a regular tasty tomato over these, but oooh, they come in these little pockets that look like paper lanterns made out of a filigree rice paper. They are shockingly beautiful especially ripped open to reveal their treasure inside. I took this picture with their reflections because I thought they were just so lovely! :-)

My approach to photography is essentially the same as how an author uses words to write a story. Hopefully, youll find my voice and vision within my work. I also do digital painting - mostly fantastical creatures like fairies.
