For anyone following along with what I'm actually doing these days; I'm doing a photo shoot every day for a month to get my mojo back, which I felt was lacking and finding it hard to find inspiration. This is Day 6.
I had this idea of suspending a skeleton leaf (yes, by pure magic (lol) ) in this glass vessel. It occurred to me that it looked almost like shiny metal and how precious it looked, which of course brought my mind to Lord of the Rings and "My Precious" . In a way it is as I have a few of these leaves that I bought a few years ago, and they are kept in a small envelope with cardboard on each side so they don't get wrinkly, and pull them out once in a while and have a play. I so adore leaves in any stage of their life. I've always thought of skeleton leaves as precious little items so to see you title this as such just made me smile. Not to mention - but I will - how utterly gorgeous this came out! Like and Fav'd - and about to board for a trip on blue wings!
