You have portrayed our sorrow and maybe even our shame as a society which would allow lethal weapons to be purchased by such a young person. I am so happy with Canada's new rules and hope this is the beginning of the end to assault rifles for home use!

Maggie Terlecki replied:

Sadly where money flows, some think it is more important the people's lives. I feel for all the Americans that wish it were different but feel helpless. I know a lot of very kind Americans that don't want any more of this horror in their lives.

Very well done, so much emotion in this arrangement as usual! Very graceful yet saddening droop, and I like how the fallen petals in moisture resemble tears. Can't imagine how maddening it must be for Canadians to see how nothing changes here.

Maggie Terlecki replied:

Thank you William. It's just incomprehensible to me. I don't see why citizen should have guns and even less assault weapons. And the thought that some suggest that teachers should be armed, is horrific. It makes me feel broken and helpless and I don't even live in your country!
