Yummy and Juicy, tomatoes are such a fantastic vegetable. Yes, I know they are fruit but I use them as veg. Can be eaten fresh, or cooked with spices to give them depth. Just looking at it, I think I could take a big bite and enjoy. Hope you like it too! :-) Maggie
