Exquisite Elegance by Maggie Terlecki
Yesterday I did a photo shoot of a huge bouquet of beautiful flowers in the style of classical painters from at least a century ago. It was on a black background and I thought I'd like to try again today while the flowers still all looked great but with a white background. I included a butterfly shot earlier to give that old classical look. I hope you like it!
This is a limited edition print. Only 10 will be sold. This is copy 1 of 10 and will hold the authenticity certificate #1915001. I'm a photographer from a small town in Quebec, Canada and I do mostly Still Life compositions and Urban Vignettes. I take pictures of things I feel a connection to, a way of sharing my feelings, my world, and my place in it. My approach to photography is essentially the same as how an author uses words to write a story. Hopefully, you’ll find my voice and vision within my work. I also do digital painting - mostly fantastical creatures like fairies.

Thank you so much, Nancy! It was actually quite an endeavor to put into this huge glass container. They were in a watering can for the picture with the black background then I needed to get them into this. The glass container is so heavy even when empty, that I had to add the water once it was in place. Then cutting all the stems and pulling off extra leaves... haha! I think you have a good idea, but I'm glad I did, it turned out lovely! Thank you much for passing by and leaving such a kind comment :-) Maggie
