I'm a photographer from a small town in Quebec, Canada and I do mostly Still Life compositions and Urban Vignettes. I take pictures of things I feel a connection to, a way of sharing my feelings, my world, and my place in it. My approach to photography is essentially the same as how an author uses words to write a story. Hopefully, you’ll find my voice and vision within my work. Oh Maggie .. I love this one ... your sweet tulip is at that stage just before the petals start to fall ... it's like they're reaching out for a hug!!! Brilliant photographic art, as always!! l/f t p and fb

You know Lois, I had my first tulips all destroyed by weather, it got hot, then cold, then hot then cold. They were all blemished. But by some miracle, these late bloomers (there were only 2) came along perfectly. Every day I shot photo until they were basically falling apart. And yes, this is the very last day before the petals dropped. What a great eye you have . Thank you also for your kind words. :-) Maggie
