Ground Cherry Reflections by Maggie Terlecki
Ground Cherries probably got their name because of their size, which is close to that of a big plump cherry, but the taste is more like a sweet tomato. I would probably choose a regular tasty tomato over these, but oooh, they come in these little pockets that look like paper lanterns made out of a filigree rice paper. They are shockingly beautiful especially ripped open to reveal their treasure inside. I took this picture with their reflections because I thought they were just so lovely! :-)
This is a limited edition print. Once 10 prints have been sold, I will pull it. Next print to be sold will be 1/10. #1825001. This does not pertain to images sold on products or as greeting cards. Image must be 16" or more on the longest side (before framing).
